Once that happened I realized that people were openly blatantly breaking the rules and there would be potentially more issues.Every door has electronic locks with a personalized door code only the guest has (I have a key and a owner code).

For RBR - I use electronic door locks on each bathroom, 2-3 people per bathroom, build in a cleaner per month or every 2 weeks to the contract, supply toiletries and basic condiments, ensure your fridge/kitchen space is big enough and make sure you have parking.

Guest simply needs to turn on the TV and go to the Spectrum app on the Roku (or any similar device), which I tell them on my "house rules/faq" sign right at the front door.
