Try this device to measure the noise: https://www.amazon.com/Indicator-30-130dBA-Detector-Temperat...You can also stick the same device by windows and doors to see if temperature drop - which would indicate an insulation issue.In addition to getting an Energy Audit, you may also want to look into any state, local or utility programs that offer discounted or financed energy improvement programs.

Basically, the agent will send you a form asking you for the value of the property, the contents of the property, electronics and appliances, glass breakage, how many stories the house/condo has, the distance from the ocean, etc.

Once that happened I realized that people were openly blatantly breaking the rules and there would be potentially more issues.Every door has electronic locks with a personalized door code only the guest has (I have a key and a owner code).

For RBR - I use electronic door locks on each bathroom, 2-3 people per bathroom, build in a cleaner per month or every 2 weeks to the contract, supply toiletries and basic condiments, ensure your fridge/kitchen space is big enough and make sure you have parking.

Guest simply needs to turn on the TV and go to the Spectrum app on the Roku (or any similar device), which I tell them on my "house rules/faq" sign right at the front door.
