Scheduling, skip tracing, data entry, photo editing, pricing supplies, transcribing calls, etc. are all $10 an hour items you can outsource pretty easily.I think local $10/hr tasks are harder to outsource like placing bandit signs, picking up materials, etc..

@Dan Heuschelehttps://www.forbes.com/billionaires/list/6/#versio...I'm not sure why your using an out of date source (Forbe's 2016), the current 2018 edition, I'm not able to find anyone in the top 20 richest people in the world that made their wealth in RE. 

I would suggest getting subs into the project to bid sooner rather than later, you can always bring them back to make edits to the bid and this allows you to get multiple bids from multiple subs for each individual job spec to get the best price or terms.
