I have a question for you on this, I have posted to this in the past and feel that all tenant information belongs to the owner, but find myself in a situation with this right now.

Of course we all want the best of both worlds; that is a hidden gem on a secluded/private beach, but close enough to a town to find good eats, drinks, and shopping.
