Has anybody seen that new series on Discovery called Curiosity?

Many people don't know how important it is to do a thorough discovery up front and find out if there is a MI company involved.

I have a rental in Discovery Bay, nowhere near as desirable as San Jose, but it's still property in the Bay Area.

However, based on our recent discoveries we would have decided to walk away from the deal if the sellers won't budge and work with us on the repairs or come up with a mutually agreeable solution.

Financial fraud really never goes away as the statute of limitations begins upon the discovery of the fraudulent act, your hers could be paying for your screw ups.I'm not a happy camper either, I can't justify spending $30K to open a compliant brokerage to sell a property using seller finance, and I'm probably the most successful seller financed originators in the country!

It might take some discovery and time to find out by closing a few of each type of transaction to know what you enjoy and do not enjoy.

So I guess you could say the $200 has already in a sense made it well worth it through the discovery in this site alone and the renewed passion for becoming a real estate investor!

If you do get the offer accepted, you can always negotiate down the accepted offer based on whether there are new discoveries after the inspection that justify it (and there always are).
