The agent is saying we have to disclose this info and making a big deal about it for the next buyer if they withdraw offer.We've gone back to the agent and see what she responds with. 

It was in regards to properly disclosing that the property is being wholesaler.There will be another bill introduced in 2025.

Cost is $40k.I can't help but think there is liability on the company for selling a property and not disclosing this.
