If anyone is in the area currently, Boston, MA I would love to take you out to lunch/dinner (on me of course) and learn more.

But no matter what I don’t do business with anyone I have to see at thanksgiving dinner.  

I will be staying in Westminster for the majority of my stay, but have multiple lunches/dinners lined up in LA county, Irvine, and Huntington Beach.

I’d rather give up the first X years of cash flow to a private money lender (I.e. your dad) for the down payment then get into a fight over thanksgiving dinner about how to run my rental business. 

The main things they need are a place to go after work to drink beer, a washer/dryer to do laundry, a kitchen to make dinner, and a bed to sleep in.  

Many of these people come from areas where dinner is whatever is caged in the backyard ,where household garbage is simply tossed out the window and using cleaning products is nonexistent .it will be a learning experience to say the least

Track your spending and try cutting as much fat as possible like starbucks, booze, work lunches out, dinners out, lower cell phone, plans, get rid of cable, etc. and pay down all your debt.

I'd been curious about real estate investing for a while so we had dinner with them.

Offer to take them out to lunch or dinner on your dime.

  ( Douglas Ranch).. its owned by a B guy from Denver he owns the Denver avalanche and i think might have married a Walton.So we get word he is coming to the lodge for dinner.. and oh man you should have seen the staff.. but what happened was his security team came in that morning for a sweep.. and this is a lodge on a 500k acre ranch.. behind locked gates.
