@Ryan Jackson, I'm capped out at E-6 due to manning, and losing my airframe soon (new jet coming eliminates the Flight Engineer position), so big changes are coming for me regardless of whether I want them.I'm coming to the conclusion that nothing will change until I pick the right 6 numbers on a Lotto ticket, or I pack up and move.Again, appreciate the welcome.

So, with the thin margins between the already low, low interest rates in the market today, it rarely ever makes sense to pay points to buy the ate down, when you factor in the potential that you are going to refinance that mortgage anyway at some point before you get to your break-even point for the cost of the discount points.  

The front was ate up by termites and the back was open for the horses.

They rented small cheap rooms nearby, showered at work & ate very well at the plant cafeteria.

@Jeffrey SullivanYou and I have posted about the same subject to a tee. :)I'd be interested in the responses you get.I did a work up of the list and 80% to list and while the list price cash flows I'm trying to get an idea of the market for the quad.

I just want to add be careful however it is handled that children or pets cannot be poisoned - or make false claims as such.  20-years ago my tenant who served as a "handyman" placed mouse poison under a fixture of a tenant, who claimed their child ate the poison, though there was no evidence as such.  

It literally ate through the finish.
