You are ignoring the point - every instance that you describe of how each country became communist covers a short period of time and ignores the history that preceded the takeover.

If they can present quality information describing why they need the capital, what the current state of the asset is, how this capital will be used to solidify the asset - then at least I can evaluate the capital call and make a decision to participate or not.

Find deserted, run down looking houses and contact the owners, etc....You are now describing a scenario of why no one needs agents any longer where Bird Dogs and Wholesalers are of more value.
