Oh cool, I went to school with their (late) daughter, Katie and they were at one point my friend's landlord.

I hear their daughter Blue Ivy is one hell of a strict property manager though, hope she accepts my rent in the form of IOUs.As I am just starting out, I have put a moratorium on purchasing books until I finish the group that I have recently compiled. 

From what the daughter is telling me parents owe probably in the mid 200's, they are really old now and if anything they are willing to let this house go to foreclosure.

I want the freedom that real estate has the potential to give, and I want something that I can share with my daughters when they get older.

I truly believe that this partnership will work , he's an incredible person (lol if he weren't- he wouldn't be marrying my daughter-lol)I do understand what you mean about partnering- there are inherent risks.

It has a college-like feel to it with restaurants and a nightlife- I would check out Peddler's Daughter, Martha's Exchange, or even The Garden on a Saturday night.

I have my license but I really only got it for my own deals, however I just helped my daughter find a house and the other realtor was a great source of assistance.  

Next month I will be preparing my Daughter's home in Fayetteville, NC to sale.

I guess that could be called the law of attraction.Some friend's of my daughter came from Illinois.  

I don't see them leaving for months at a time (yet), plus even if they did the daughter still lives there.
