If the PM company is handling the property they should have done this if they also have repair invoices.

This way it automatically charges them and I am not waiting for an invoice to be paid.

I've never gotten more snail mail in my life (mortgage statements, bank statements, invoices, etc.) and it seems like every time we turn it to "paperless" options, the mortgage is sold and then I get all new mailed statements to turn off again.

Another problem we have is owners who are not good with money and are unable to cover the cost of our vendor's invoice.
