Or is it best to wait a little until the corona virus passes and invest afterwards when things are a little cheaper?

I know all evictions have been suspended during this time so I cannot go that route and I don't want to evict if they experiencing a hardship from the coronavirus.

Coronavirus has led to a lot of adjustments, one of them being residents wanting to delay work orders or vendors not wanting to take work orders due to social distancing.

I got a note from my state's Division of Real Estate last night with a Coronavirus addendum.

So we finally qualify for a mortgage this year after 2 years of self-employment... we wanted to buy our first property, a 2-4 unit place with FHA this year... but with the whole coronavirus thing, supposedly the market prices are supposed to go down... but I live in a small town, and no one here seems to want to reduce their prices as of yet... prices are pretty expensive here on the west coast.

This just in today:  Cheesecake Factory has reportedly decided to not pay rent for April at any of the chain’s locations because of business lost to the coronavirus pandemic.
