When you buy or inherit a block of properties, you want to put them in buckets.

Greetings everyone. I'm new to the real estate profession and looking to observe, learn, and get to work. Any guidance is welcomed.

I have been doing some research but hit a road block. 

. $1.5MThis property is located just a block and a half from the beach in Carlsbad, making it a prime spot.

Even in the “gentrified” neighborhoods of Federal Hill, Fells Point, Canton, Harbor East, desirability can be very block by block so you have to be careful that you understand these neighborhoods (and blocks within) somewhat intimately.
