I started my investing journey learning from BiggerPockets Forum as you are doing so I am always willing to help the action takers. 

Can anyone tell me if this is a genuine scam or is this a viable program to use a vehicle to start my Real Estate Investing journey.

I know depending on where an investor is in their fix and flip journey and the market this will vary, but Im curious because I feel like this is important when it comes to a good deal since some investors might not mind making less to have more doors. 

With software, it's only as powerful as its user so some clients overcomplicate things and spend most of their time trying to "fix Quickbooks".The most successful and quick clients keep it simple or keep it to their comprehensive level.

It was a long and expensive journey, but eventually, we won the court battle and were able to move them out.After they were gone, we cleaned up the house and decided to list it as-is instead of flipping it.

I'm from Long Island, NY starting my journey in Real Estate.   

Not sure about prices there but it would help kick start your REI journey.
