The original poster, having compassion for an old man; and taking the time to try to figure out a deal that will work to the benefit of the seller is not doing anything illegal, and certainly isn't laundering money, but trying to find creative solutions to a financing problem.

Because images of women are commonly associated with trust, kindness, and compassion, to me it’s really not surprising that these companies are utilizing more photos of women in their ads.

I'm not sure if they have branches in Houston, but you should also try:-Compass Bank-Extraco Bank-Omni BankI have had luck with all three of those banks as small regionals.
