I've already learned a lot from the podcasts, forums, and articles.I became an accidental landlord in 2010 and most of my learning came from YouTube, free Home Depot clinics, and a lot of trial and error.

A Google search led me to BiggerPockets, and I started listening to podcasts on my long driving commutes to clinical rotation sites.

I run across half a dozen a year.If someone rides up to your clinic on a bicycle for a self pay procedure, how confident are you that they will pay the bill when they get it in the mail?

She plans to open a medical clinic within the year as a nurse practitioner but that would be under a newly formed LLC at that time with just her as a member.
