Anyone over 18 fills out has to furnish their social security and driver's license numbers, and pays a fee for a credit / background check.

You'll want to look at their reviews, how they safeguard your funds, understand what their fees are, and how responsive they will be to your questions (do they work 9-5 only). 

How much do they charge and what's included?

The builder had a given us the paved yard, Granite kitchen top, washer and dryer at added value with no charge.

Why ask: Get clarity on the full cost of the program, any additional fees, and what’s included.

Too many are locking up properties at retail prices and tacking on outrageous assignment fees, leaving no room for investors to profit.

so just sayin  I dont get how this can be a business model other than for the person charging for the training .  ???

So long as your original fee to open the account is booked as a personal contribution to your business and all the transactions are business-related, it seems like your best solution until you get back stateside.

Those two factors work in you advantage allowing you to charge rents that let you cashflow when others trying to get in the market couldn't purchase a similar house and make the numbers work.
