In our other rentals we've been using "Swiss Coffee," which it's a very light cream color--almost white but not stark white.

One problem that i have seen with wholesalers, who also do rehabs is that they keep the cream of the crop for themselves and wholesale the less desirable properties that they don't want to work on themselves.The more money that is to be made, the greater chance that the wholesaler keeps the property for himself.
