This is going to get lots worse before it gets any better, and it won't be over in the next few weeks.I'll tell you how bad it is for us: today the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has ordered all Wine/Liquor stores to close... indefinitely.

You can still file for permits where I am, if you can do it electronically, which you haven't been able to do in the past, but they aren't closing permits indefinitely so even if you were to finish a renovation, your permits would not get closed.

For me I will very likely hold all my rental properties indefinitely and have them ultimately pass through my estate so all taxable gain (attributable to both the price appreciation and depreciation taken) will be wiped out so an IRA would only be a detriment for me.
