When we found this deal the community had around 45 homes in it, now we are close to 60 total homes and looking to bring that number up to around 80.

If you can split each into 3 or more lots and put a 2020 mobile home on each lot, I think you would get more bang for your buck.

Hello everyone I am wondering how everyone is doing with their fix and flip projects.

I locked up my first deal , now im trying to find buyers. I never put my time into finding buyers unless I had something to offer. How do I find Buyers??

For cash flow, I'd recommend checking out the Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point) or Fayetteville in NC and Sumter and Florence in SC. 

I used $80k to pay off personal debts and $50k to remodel it by myself with my two hands.
