it can be overwhelming as you'll soon be bombarded with lead generation offers (for pay) but your best source is always those who already know and trust you!

I'm turned off by Zillow, Trulia and Realtor lead generation due to the bombarding of calls that clients can suddenly received if the lead is sent to multiple agents.

However, based on my experience, setting you up for alerts is free and very easy for an agent, you just need to be specific with your criteria so that you are not bombarded with emails about properties that you have no interest in.As for how to approach an agent and get the email alerts set up, go to some REA meetings in your area and ask other investors who they use as a realtor.

No matter your criteria, she didn't meet it....the application is incomplete and/or falsified.....so you cant even check to see if she meets your criteria....impossible to run credit or back ground check, verify employment, paycheck stubs etc.....so even if you had a criteria of a credit score of 1, its impossible to know if she met it....she did not COMPLETE the application.You are fine....relax....... as stated, don't lie and say its rented to someone....they will bombard you when they still see it listed....just decline the current application and move on.
