Actually, they may be 7-day BLOCKS (i.e., you could do 7 days or 14 days but not 10).We co-own on the NC coast where most of the rentals are Sat-Sat.  

As I understand it this neighborhood is VERY street by street so curious what the Cleveland experts would say about this area/particular block?

You can't show properties when you are working so the best advice is that no matter how much time you have to commit to real estate, be full-time in your part-time, meaning square away the time and put everything into those time blocks.

It will definitely be in your favor to know the block by block areas because you can be on one street that has middle class working people and the next street over having riff raff.I'm in Delhi Township in the Westside if you ever want to network!

If you have never been to Philadelphia or lived there, trying to invest there is going to be very hard unless you are planning to go multiple times to understand the block dynamics of the areas you are interested in.
