If given a 50/50 chance of losing $100k or winning 125K most people wouldn’t play, however those odds are so good that over the long run someone playing would end up a billionaire.   

This is referencing people who are trying to find the new Amazon stock or bitcoin.

If someone is a multi-millionaire or billionaire investor the numbers might work for them. 

Tillman Fertitta the Billionaire in a video once mentioned he likes to load up on good debt when lenders are giving favorable terms and higher LTV's.His thought is that you save up as much cash  as possible because in a down turn lenders TIGHTEN on what they lend on and what percentage of LTV.

It happened during the tech bubble, the last real estate bubble, the bitcoin bubble and I worry it's happening again with real estate.

Is there any way to allocate/protect your assests (LLCs, trusts, bitcoin, etc.) so that if one gets married in the future, they are protected in the (unfortunate) case of divorce?

I think some things are in a bubble like TSLA stock and bitcoin.
