@JD MartinI went out for my first run in months this morning ... chasing behind a nine-year old on a bicycle ... a humbling experience for a fellow who once ran ultra-marathons for fun.When we arrived home, my son informed me the outing was an absolute success: he didn't crash (he only decided this week he should probably learn to ride a bike) and I didn't drop dead :-OI will conceded that I am more than a little heavy at the moment ;-)

I'm not angry) but responses can have certain negative tones and sometimes it's best to think about the response before you make it in order to be a bit more tactful as opposed to alternatives....receiving my monthly statement and noticing I'm being charged for the replacement of a window...two months after I paid for the replacement of another window....explanation from the property manager was "the first time, someone broke into the front porch and stole his bicycle, the second time a relative came over to visit, knocked on the glass and broke the window"  (I reminded her that I'm responsible for normal wear and tear and the tenant is responsible for any damage)."

In fact my next move in the immediate future is going to be a standard width Sprinter conversion or the like with a generator, potty/shower, bed, a place to store my surfboard/s and bicycles and a good supply of necessities.
