I’m sourcing carefully and trying to approach it methodically, especially with the added layer of investing out of state.It’s good to hear advice from someone with experience.

Does adding a ADU create value in a property vs. the price of the adu build? 

I can deduct the interest, but it gets added it B and C vs A?
