Technically as the manager of the LLC you can open an accout with any financial institution though they don’t all cooperate when it’s an IRA owned LLC.

The rules are pretty complicated and the only people who really know all the terms and rules thoroughly are the Rent Levelling Board.Caveating that I’m not an attorney so go seek your own advice but I clarified a few things at a recent rent levelling hearing (which are open to the public and you can find the schedules with a simple Google).

One can not emphasize enough how unfortunate the work product investors receive is due to huge inconsistencies and other very unprofessional basic typos and SEC rule violations that open up investors up to huge liabilities.

I received an email with pricing on both structures, prices are not bad, but do not include much, I still have to pay for a deed (quit claim or warranty) to transfer the rentals, register agent fee if I decide to open the Wyoming LLC.
