They are the same people who swear by using docusign where you have absolutely no warranty who is the person signing...We need as an industry to learn how to use proper encryption and authentication technology.

I setup a generic email address with two factor authentication for extra "just in case" protection, link it to bank account and then have everyone at that building etransfer to that generic email address.

They could probably have also added authentication or some form of app-specific password approach to allow 3rd party solutions to continue full integration, but as is often the case with software development and PII, sharing the absolute minimum data in the least amount of ways is often the easier, faster, and preferred approach over the long term. 

Now there are good education programs and I am not going to point you to one so you know my post is authentic.

Build authentic relationships and over time you will find a mentor.

That's why you need to just establish authentic relationships and the rest will take care of itself.
