So the price may drop but it will be a result of the RE not being able to generate the same revenue as was attainable as an STR.I suspect we will monitor the price of beach property and if a beach front property in Leucadia area drops in price enough we may purchase it. 

For real estate, my question is for all experienced folks there what will be your advice for me to follow so that I can attain some level of success in this business?  

I now believe the "buy the worst property on the best block strategy is much more lucrative, and attainable."

But what you want to do is deffinately attainable.

So, back to that 5 yr goal and what helps you attain it.

Hey @Richard Sharpe ,I believe it's 10 properties under your personal name before it gets difficult attaining additional FANNIE/FREDDIE loans.

Is this attainable and what variables should i be considering? 

In the next few months I want to attain another separate investment property.
