I was first introduced to IRR when I owned a banana plantation under contract for exporting to SE Asia and the Middle East.  

I don't want a handle per se, more of input code, turn knob, open door then let door shut and it should automatically lock. 

Not a deal killer per se but I'd be wary of owner financing when real estate is selling like hot cakes!

They will spend more time if they se you are interested.

Luckily never seen one in all my travels.. plenty of roach's and other filth in tenants homes but no bed bugs per se.
