Our others are big, sleeping 16 and 19 respectively and have amenities like movie theaters, arcades, pools, hot tubs etc. 

Small theater especially in a dark basement could be good to cater to families looking for a space for kids to have fun while the adults are upstairs. 

New development has recently been completed near campus (movie theater, restaurants and bars).
