The big five dials on your dashboard are 1) collections 2) occupancy 3) property condition 4) water/sewer and 5) Budget/Actual/Difference.

The graphics on the dashboard are superior.

I perform big data analysis for a living right now and have been working on building myself a nice powerbi dashboard fed by the Bigger Pockets dataset downloads to try and hone in on a market.

@Daniel Dietz when you go to your Dashboard, there is a tab for "My Goals".

Their dashboard is great - importing all calendar works fine as wellI can export into a excel. google doc each month- but I do wish it had a billing system- as I have 5 different clients so I take that spreadsheet and then add some math into it (Take away cleaning- charge them a % etc) but the export gives me 90% of what I need- names, total amount paid, dates- and you can add or take away whatever data you don't want from it.

I heard it on one of the podcast and it's the first thing you see on the top of the dashboard.

I've checked into the "Note Dash Board" and that is one that seems to be servicing centric.
