I’m a speech therapist and will be doing travel therapy in Savannah GA for the next 3-5 months.  

The application lists two assistance animals for two of the individuals on the application.FIRST ASSISTANCE ANIMAL: Attached to the application is the following letter, dated 5/12/2016:To whom it may concern,ApplicantName sees me in therapy related to high levels of anxiety.

VA pays rent and helps them with therapy, job placement, and supposedly has strict rules which allow them to take the vet out of the program if they randomly stop by and find something against their rules (people in the unit that aren't supposed to be is one).I would rent to them.

As I am starting to grow my physical therapy practice as well, I am preferably looking for a turn key property to begin investing so I do not have to be involved in the rehab process recognizing this comes with a higher price tag.

I have a few business I rent to (Art Gallery, Yoga studio, etc). 

It happens to be that the physical therapist taking care of me is a lady that is trying to move out of this practice she works for, where the target market is geriatric care and wants to expand her outside network of athletes that she currently takes care off (for injury therapy and body motion maintenance reasons) and treat them on her own.When she mentioned that, I instantly thought, what can I put together with this situation for cash flow with REI.

She got her Master's in Occupational Therapy just last year after a couple of different internships that gave her some direction.It's so important to love what you do.

I currently have the house leased, and my mom runs an equine therapy business off the back.
