I ask because I have lived in the Southeast for almost ten years, but am originally from the Columbus, Ohio area and have a great interest in investing in multifamily properties in the Midwest (namely Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Indianapolis).

Familiar Southeast and hoping to jump into the mid west.

We used to call it "four corners" and when we were kids we'd ride our bikes (I guess it would ahve been the south east corner?). 

@Seth Lacey I prefer the Southeast or Southwest as I think most sane people are moving away from bad weather, too much regulation, and too much taxation.

Been traveling all over southeast Asia for the past 8+ months, and still have a functioning real estate business in the states.
