The plan is to build a modern two-story 3200 sq ft house, 4 BD, 4.5 BH house with a garage. 

My house in Palo Alto the only thing that happened was a bottle in the garage fell..

We won't be renting this unit out and it will likely be a condotel since we're looking for something that includes a parking garage.  

Needs to be more inspiring and modern.

Also a ski place 20 minutes away.I do have the kayak still  in the garage for use by whoever rents the house . 

It's not hard for humans to justify their behavior, however I believe if Peter Harris is truly an honest person that he should stop this sales process at once and use a different, more honest, more modern sales method.Final Conclusion- I did my due diligence after the first phone call, there was not much info to be found.

(Mass Govt should be giving experienced landlords (5 years operating with at least one unit at profit as a buy and hold) zero down loans to house these people (in areas they currently live in--so they can stay close to friends and family), and free money to fix up the Brockton type area homes to modern standards inside.
