My thoughts on this platform are that it's another money grab.

We always want to help if people let us.

Just adding pets alone really helped boost renting. 

While I am always looking for off-market, as an agent with access to MLS, that's my primary source of looking for deals right now. 

Seller financing is a good way to start if you are looking to sell to your current tenants, other than that, you will need to run into a proper plan why you will need that and how long will it take you?

This also leads owners to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.

When you look at forums as a whole, this is still a pretty good one.

@Matthew Becker Thanks for the advice and yeah I intend to get them out into the units more as they get older.

. , I didn't want it to loose that tenant so simply i helped him to get " energy assistance" this is a program to help people out if they can't afford heating bills , I don't know if it is in your state so you my want to check this out.
