What i have to offer as far as real estate goes is endless creativity, tendancy to take risks, fast learner, and 24/7 open availability; i really have no one to tell me what I have to do right now.

I’ve been reading books like “ABCs of Real Estate investing” and “Crushing it in apartment and commercial real estate” but I’m more of a hands on type of learner.

I’m a hands on learner so reading 100 books will teach me nothing compared to actually doing something.

I've always found that real world application and hands on training is more beneficial for me as a learner.

Hello I am a full time learner I am always Watching and listening to podcasts and other youtube REI investing advocates and professionals.

I am a fast learner, really organized, and have good people skills.

If you’re a continuous learner then by all means, but I think your time is better spent reading and analyzing deals.
