We hear less BPRE episodes featuring individual investors, and it missing the breadth of STR and LTR knowledge that David Green and Rob brought into the discussion with the guests. 

Mistake #3 was not having knowledgeable people around to be able to ask questions.

Great community to bounce ideas off of as I build my knowledge base.  

Look for some of those to go in as an LP (limited partner) and learn and grow your knowledge, skills and investment money so you'll be ready for the next accredited deal.

It’s crucial to have local market knowledge or work with someone who does.

Just wondering how many folks would really use this that are like I said not really educated on how title and escrow works and I find East coast folks to be highly reliant on closing attornies and have very little knowledge of title and escrow functions..

So, I am here today, hoping to gain some knowledge on how to maximize our potential.

Amongst knowledgable, experienced investors the disagreement concerning sub to is between those who believe it’s too dangerous to be a legit strategy and those who while agreeing to the dangers think when handled by experienced, knowledgable, well capitalized investors it can be a strategy with benefits to both sides.
