It's been a bit of a surprise to me that, in spite of what I thought was a huge bubble last year, both real estate and stocks all kept rising. 

I have never understood "star-struck" before today, in spite of meeting high level government officials, A list actors and millionaires.  8-)    This morning, I went to an 80th birthday party for a family member. 

But the author also explains that the market won't flood with foreclosed properties in the near future either so this may be the beginning of a down market(But im sure most of you figured that one.)I'm not pessimistic by any means, in spite of this news I'm still going to find a way.

OOC - What thing has more new taxes fixed permanently :)You live in Portland, we're on our 3rd large bond in 5 years and barely 25% of black males perform at grade level in spite of countless equity/diversity positions. 

Digging deeper than just how many forebearances there are like how many continue to pay even inspite of forebearance, or digging deeperel than just rent collections, but comparing them to normalized numbers is important to understand the actual effect, and thus realistic likely outcomes is important. 

Has anyone been able to have a real estate attorney draw up a lease that allows eviction in spite of any government mandates?

@Kao Saeteurn That seems consistent with what I've heard elsewhere, but reassuring to hear you're finding ways to make deals work in spite of that.

It was as if they had zero understanding that they wouldn't return back to their home in spite of being served with the paperwork by the court and then the sheriff's deputy.We worked our tails off to get a full house out onto the lawn.
