If you are talking 100+ unit apartment complexes, then I would change my tune a bit.What is more important than the actual market, is the dynamics within that market?  

I’m about to tell you about a deal that could have easily fallen apart, but instead turned into a $200k profit after a lengthy eviction process.

I was recently sent details about a 20-unit apartment complex that I’m interested in, but the seller's asking price doesn’t align with the numbers I’ve run.
