I don't think any institution is going to lend in that regard (unless you have a HELOC on another property, or God forbid, use credit cards).Private lending is your best bet.

WE will be traveling to the UK at the end of March and will love to meet up with investors there and learn  about the investing opportunities in the UK.

I think from a liability standpoint this is smart too because if you skip the restoration and just get a contractor in there....God forbid something happen down the road, you may be liable since you had knowledge that there was fire damage.

Of course, that means I still need to make those digits in order to achieve what I know my God wants me to achieve.My dreams are to have two major businesses.
