Hi Chanelle,I see this in the media sometimes: "one of the most LGBTQ-friendly cities in the country".What makes a city into that and how do they rank the cities.I mean in days gone by, they used to arrest these people as law breakers, but I am under the impression that the Federal Government prohibits that now.So it seems all places should be equal in their treatment of them--with no MOST type of situation.I'm thinking it might just be some kind of advertising ploy to draw certain people to certain areas for whatever (financial) reasons (such as to benefit Aids Hospices in the area or something).

Then every sock they lost in the dryer will be associated to your guy and you. Some guy who got in a bar fight, some guy who was driving reckless and damaged a bunch of property, somebody who got arrested for trespassing and chaining themselves to a tree for some protest... sure fine, but in the identity theft instance I would not risk it.
