There are three tenants in the single family home.I recently received troubling reports form Roommate A (female) that Roommate B (male) has been acting inappropriately.

Though I’ve just signed a lease agreement with a 28 y.o. female teacher, am able to relax for a little while now.

Frankly, it is impossible to scale without mastering these skills, no matter where you invest. ... and it is impossible to effectively delegate a task that you know nothing about yourself, other than to just take the person's (or another person's) word for it that they know what they're doing and trial & error until you find good pros to work with and hope that the bad ones don't bankrupt you in the meantime while you have no direct control over your business ... other than that, the best way to learn about how to do that task that you would eventually like to delegate is to first master it hands on locally or watch over a master's shoulder, again, locally, which brings us back to doe, a deer, a female deer. 

When the lease was signed the female brought her dad to translate the lease.

Actually, come to think of it, when the above roommate moved out I ended up with a replacement who turned out to be almost identical to him (but a female).

Even if they are an attractive male/female don't get involved and set the tone!

He's the same guy that has been harassing female posters on the site for 3 days.

At the risk of sounding sexist, have a female who is used to applying nail polish paint the chip.
