I am in contact with a realtor in NC and was informed that builders there will not build without a budget of at least 1million.

Not to mention they wrote of over $300k worth of taxes for me utilizing a cost segregation study. 

This means building a budget that includes setting aside funds for your next investment.

This is typically for most people not a DIY project. 

Sorry you are dealing with that, it sounds awful.My guess is most attorneys are going to charge hourly on something like this unless you are suing the HOA for damages in which case they may take a contingency fee.
