Hence I am staying  away I had a different experience and the advisor I worked with sent me the numbers right away whenever I asked.  

They are completely different forms of investing and should never be analyzed the same way.

First red flag is if they say that they will shop your deal with a few different investors.

They specialized in concrete tilt up, but did a lot of time and materials work for a self made real estate tycoon who owned a lot of Federal Way.Along the way I got my CPA license and practiced in several differing sectors including doing some work with low income housing projects.As far as my start in RE, it was with buying my first personal SFR and later moving to a new residence.

Now, if they asked whether the tenant had "pets", then that would be a different story, and only if the tenant's dog was actually an ESA.

I believe the investor may need a commercial loan at that point or could do 3 separate loans since they are on different parcels.

The growth in Chatt (in part driven by it appearing in every single "best place to retire" vlog from 2010 onward), is in a different league.
