We're framing the spec house in San Clemente, and will have it completed in late winter, early spring.

Since we are building a spec house in San Clemente, CA, within a mile to the beach and Metrolink station, I was curious about the potential it would have as a VR (Vacation Rental) and pulled this off both VRBO and Airbnb for the summer months, and whether it would make sense for an investor.

@Mike D'Arrigo ..no sailing to date, but enjoyed Paddle boarding down in San Clemente back in the summer..so relaxing!! 

Though it can be a nightmare scenario, I'm trying it right now on the house in San Clemente, and keeping my fingers crossed.

@Bryan Clement Not everyone is presented with the same opportunities as you, if they were, there wouldn’t be a student debt crisis.

The large family style places you're talking about are good in the sunset district, Richmond, around clement st and outer balboa.

I'm just trying to find out if anyone has used this company that is located in San Clemente.
