I have another full-time job, man, and I certainly don’t pay a property management company to add stress to my life because I have to manage them like children in a daycare.

Put everyone in there even their children's names (your lender, realtor, friends, all of us cheering you on this will be worth big money for next project).

Everything going through my mind is around securing our income during retirement and leaving some sort of inheritance to my children. 

I wouldn't sell the Bay Area one - I have lots of equity and my children will inherit a great property worth well over $1+ million.
