Hello Monique CoatesI watched Jerry Nortons.Power Flipper 3 X two weeks ago and was very intrigued by his platform which he offers all training, software that he created to locate, analyze and estimate rehab, contracts for offers etc.

It might be a good time to come together instead of passively displaying your political views on a platform dedicated to real estate investing. 

I would recommend advertising on the usual platforms (FF.com, airbnb.com) with a focus on bringing value to the resident while also being very responsive to any business to business leads that come in.

All of these platforms can do all of the above reports and more.

The internet was a viable platform back in the '90s.
