I am running my own website,  and a partners website, through Investor Carrot.

Point being, he is trying to simplify, but is also pricing aggressively enough to "dangle the carrot" for anyone to bite.  

I wanted to see who uses one of the following website services Investor pro, investor carrot or lead propeller.

So hanging the 100K carrot in front of them was like hanging an extra Million dollars for them to go lend out and earn interest on.This also gave us our money back to use else where quickly. 

Build an affordable website through Leadpropeller, Investor Carrot and do some online marketing and SEO to drive traffic to your site.  

It even has my favorite traditional soup recipe - Potage Crecy (carrot soup) 

We're already using REImobile for our CRM but want to try Investor Carrot for our sites.Does anyone know if Investor Carrot will integrate with REImobile?

If they are purchasing a house, one would think they would be adverse to having negative items popping up on their credit history.Always try a carrot first, but don't be afraid to fall back to the stick when needed.

Am torn between direct mail or websites generating leads ie lead propeller or Investor Carrot.

Basically explain you're buying a property and looking to get a sense of rents in the area, and you may be looking to build a relationship with an agency for filling future vacancies (the carrot that will justify their spending time helping you).Usually you'll get a newer agent who's on desk duty and who's hungry to build their client base, and they'll be happy to help you.
