Hello to everyone, I am new and do alot of condo Conversion work in brooklyn, ny

I have many sites throughout Brooklyn, Williamsburgh, Greeenpoint area some with plans all for condo conversion, One right on Broadway very busy, close to Gretch Building, Developers reply or investors

I have about 6 Development sites in Williamsburgh Brooklyn, I have site set ups and some have approved plans.

I am not up on the Brooklyn market, but after reading the Special Comments on this one, I am thinking about heading out that way.
