I am looking at a few 4 bed 2.5 bath no HOA properties in pflugerville that I would like to convert into to 8 bed 3 bath properties. 

We are planning to build a 2 Bed/2 Bath 750-1000 sq ft detached ADU.

I also have two smaller ones (both 2 bed, 1500 sq ft) that I'm building to hold as well.

The original quoted rent they were saying they would get was $1575 per side(It's 3 bed 2 bath 1500sq ft). 

An uneven is say a 3 bed, 1 bath, over a 1 bed, 1 bath.

They work in every area and a 2 bed, 1 bath does not take a lot to furnish.
