In order to pitch for funding, we feel like we need to get a few basic ducks in a row.

Finally the pro formas that they provide are absurdly basic and neglect at least 25% expenses, so are essentially useless. 

But if they only use 50kwh, they still owe $12-  They’re basically setting up an annuity for the solar company. 

There is a filtration (basic ) in thee garage that came with the house when I purchased, but the filter gets rusty in about 5 days.

I suspect it would require a court order to be able to show that you have not followed this law assuming that you have the money to pay the tenant their deposit at move out. for me, i would likely ignore this law.  

The fee for this service is basically passed down to the guest one way or another.
